Frequently Asked Questions

We operate on a Mac OS platform with Adobe Creative Suite.

We prefer EPS, TIF, PSD, or PDF, but will also accept AI, INDD, or JPG.

Larger files (like those that are going on a building, for instance) don’t need as high a resolution as a flyer. If your image is rasterized, it must be 75 DPI at full size. This will produce a quality print for such a large scale.

Of course. We prefer files built in 1/10th scale, as it’s the easiest to convert. Please remember to scale your resolution as well. Since rasterized images must be 75 DPI at full size, at 1/10 scale, it needs to be 750 DPI. 1/4 scale should be 300 DPI, etc.

Most files can be adjusted in house, but may incur extra artwork fees.
